Due to the nature of our skin care and body oil products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

If your orders arrive damage, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at talunilove@yahoo.com with photos of the product and packaging.

Approved claims maybe eligible for a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
